The 7th iCIIT Conclave 2026, organized by the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT Sri Lanka), was successfully held at the IIT City Campus, Colombo, bringing together academics, researchers, software engineers, industry experts, students, and technology enthusiasts from across Sri Lanka.
Under the theme “From Vibe Coding to Agentic Engineering”, the conclave explored the rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence, autonomous software systems, intelligent automation, and next-generation engineering practices. The event provided a platform for knowledge sharing, research collaboration, and industry engagement, highlighting the growing impact of AI-driven technologies across business, education, healthcare, finance, and software development.
Attendees had the opportunity to engage with thought leaders, discover emerging research, discuss practical AI applications, and explore the future of intelligent software engineering.
