Students build strength in mathematics, coding, data handling, and creative problem-solving, while gaining the academic discipline expected at university level. With guidance from experienced faculty, the programme bridges the gap between secondary education and higher education, ensuring readiness for advanced study in the digital age.
Upon completion, graduates progress to specialised degrees in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, either in Sri Lanka or directly in the UK. More than just an entry route, this qualification acts as a launchpad into one of the world’s fastest-growing industries, equipping students to thrive in both local and international technology careers.

Minimum of 6 passes in GCE O/L (Sri Lanka) or London O/Ls (Cambridge/Edexcel) with at least 3 credits, including English and Mathematics.

To qualify for the BSc in AI & Data Science, students must score at least 50% in:
Alternative Options
Students who do not meet the above marks can still progress into Computer Science or Software Engineering after completing the Foundation Certificate.
The programme consists of core and progression modules:
Students scoring 50%+ on the English Placement Test may skip this module with credits awarded.
