  • AI-powered assistive Technology for the Visually Impaired:
    • Developing smart glasses that use AI, computer vision, and LiDAR to help visually impaired individuals navigate urban spaces. The device provides real-time audio feedback, detecting obstacles, reading signs, and recognizing faces for enhanced independence.

 

  • An IoT-Driven System for Sustainable Fishing in Sri Lankan Waters:
    • An IoT-powered solution to combat overfishing and illegal poaching in Sri Lankan waters. The system tracks fish populations using real-time sensors and AI while detecting unauthorized fishing activities to support sustainable fishing and maritime security.
